Good news for those jet-setting their way all over Asia: if you haven’t had the chance to visit Taiwan, now is the perfect time to plan a trip! It was very recently announced that the visa-free travel privileges offered to Filipinos have been extended from August 2019 to July 2020. If this won’t get you to book a trip to this Asian destination, then I don’t know what will.

Sights and sounds can captivate your senses, but few do it better than food. If you crave authentic milk tea, or are feeling snacky for some pineapple pie or peanut ice cream, it’s no problem to head for Taiwan’s abundance of night markets and sources of Taiwanese treats.
